Firin presents modern Turkish cuisine based on authentic Pide.
‘Firin’ is the Turkish word for the oven and the process of baking. The energy and warmth of a traditional bakery are wrapped in a modern style, layered with laid-back luxury interior design, warm colours and impeccable service.
Turkish-style pizza is called ‘pide’ (peeDEH’). ‘Pide’ is a kind of bread made with leavened dough that’s flattened out with the fingers to give it its special shape. ‘Pide’ stems primarily from three regions of Turkey: Black Sea, Aegean Sea and Middle Anatolia and is a great example of Turkish regional cuisine known for its rich flavours.
The food from the oven and the salad bar is prepared to surprise and delight with the traditional Pide, boat-shaped pizzas laddened with fine ingredients – perfect for sharing or indulging on your own. To complement the core menu, there are favourite classic dishes such as lentil soup, Choban Salad, char-grilled dishes, and ‘home-style’ cooked seasonal vegetables.
