Welcome to Holiday Inn Manchester Airport

We arrived at 3am after a very uncomfortable 5 hour flight . The staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds were super comfy. My partner, myself and our 10 year old son slept really well, helped along with a late check out till 2pm. The location was excellent as we only had to walk over the road from the airport on arrival and back again for the train station as we left. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This has to be the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Comfortable, clean, quiet and the staff are so attentive, nothing is a problem. We need to fly from Manchester again so we can come back and stay.

This is our 4th time of staying at this hotel. Obviously we enjoy staying here before our flight the following day. We will be returning again in August. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is ideal for all the terminals and the station.

Excellent stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was superb, clean comfortable and very spacious. Very comfortable bed. Staff friendly and polite. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. I am gluten free and even though one of the dishes wasn’t served at night they made it for me and were more than helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was excellent, the check in procedure was excellent, the buffet breakfast was really good and enjoyable, the bar service was very good. On the whole I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel in future if was flying out Manchester airport. It’s convenient and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We arrived and greeted by Lauren who very kindly upgraded us to a premium room which was very well furnished and included a complimentary well stocked bar wine beer soft drinks water that’s what i call very generous just shows how much management appreciate our business. In the evening had most enjoyable meal cooked by Chef’s Jose and Umberto our servers Nancy and Cherry were very attentive and kind and special thanks too Susi who very kindly arranged a glass of Champagne for our 60th Wedding Anniversary. This hotel excels at every level the minute you walk through the door you feel your on holiday so well furnished and relaxing

The whole experience was exceptional from the moment we checked in. The location was a 2-minute walk to the terminal which is great for early morning flights! The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean. We ordered room service as we arrived in the evening – tasty food and portion sizes are huge! Nothing was too much. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be back.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel is new, rooms are large with a comfortable bed and modern clean bathroom. the shower was great with good pressure. Although close to the airport the room was quiet and I was not disturbed by any noise. Breakfast is very good with English and Continental options, the staff are friendly and very efficient.

We stayed overnight while waiting to fly out the next morning. When we arrived, we were given a warm welcome. Because of our Platinum Elite status we were given an upgrade. I would recommend anyone else staying in IHG Hotels to join the loyalty scheme. As luck had it, we arrived on the day the Hotel was celebrating it’s first birthday and we were invited to the party. The hotel is ideally situated for all terminals and railway station. We will definitely stay again. Actually this was our third stay at the hotel.

Greeting from reception staff was first class on 2 recent visits either side of a holiday. They were both courteous and really helpful in assigning rooms and early check ins and late check outs. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean and well maintained with a really comfortable bed.
The breakfast included in our rate was of top quality with a wide range of continental and hot choices and friendly helpful staff. All in all, top notch
